The Challenge
PowerMatrix had a placeholder site: one headline, one contact form, nothing else. It worked for basic inbound, but it fell short when they needed to:
  • Show investors why their tech mattered
  • Look credible when reaching out for pilot programs
  • Turn site visitors into actual conversations
What we did
We rebuilt their site into a clean, one-page Webflow build that makes their value clear and easy to act on. Instead of a placeholder, they now have a site that feels real, fast, and trustworthy. Here’s what changed:
  • Redesigned the site, tightened the messaging, and added subtle animations so the site feels alive without being flashy
  • Fixed performance issues so pages load instantly and score excellent across Lighthouse metrics
  • Set up a lightweight style system (typography, buttons, states) so future pages don’t feel random
  • Designed extra assets (logo variants and a LinkedIn banner) so the founders look sharp in fundraising and outreach
The Results
Here’s what changed after the redesign:
  • Mobile performance jumped from a 77 to 99 Lighthouse score, with excellent grades across all categories
  • The polished design and LinkedIn visuals gave the founders more confidence pitching investors and partners
  • Visitors finally understood what PowerMatrix does and how to get in touch
